Insomnia is defined as difficulty falling sleep; waking up frequently; and/or having a tough time staying asleep.  This can be caused from an illness and/or from emotions, feeling sad or stressed.  

Having a good sleep hygiene routine at bedtime can help you to improve insomnia.  You many also work with your doctor
